We are receiving food stamp benefits. We actually reside in GA- but we will be in TN for a few days. Can the card be used there as well? Can the card be used in any other states?

your benefits are from Ga they can not be used in any other state

Yes you can. Since all states are NOW operating under the same system. You can find more answers here: http://www.fns.usda.gov/fsp/faqs.htm It's no different than a debit card--- you can use it anywhere.
