you did bad. you should never have pressed criminal charges against your own aunt for getting into a fight with her own sister. shame on you. it is called sibling rivalry.

Possibly. Most likely is the DA wil, given the conflicting stories, try to craft a plea deal. If that doesn't work...well... who knows?
