As long as you get the correct license in Florida and the correct permits then yes you can get married wherever you want no matter where you live

Of course you can. A good friend of mine did that a year ago. we live in Georgia and she only invited close friends and family and we went to destin beach and they were married.

Early spring...its best to plant once the oppressive summer heat is over, very early fall, when the nights are beginning to cool down

Right now until mid April. Then again after leaves drop in fall.

My sister also lives in your area, and I have recommended contacting the local Cooperative Extension in your area. Hopefully they have them in Georgia! They are local growers and landscape professionals who will give advice to anyone who calls. Early spring in your area would be the best time to plant. I know you don't really get frost, but some nights it can get rather cold and you do not want to plant anything until all danger of frost has passed. NEVER plant in the middle of summer...you will be watering it all day to keep it from scorching in the Georgia sun!

yes you're a legal adult, however by law you have to attend school until you're 18 so if you walk out, you'd better have a place to go until you're 18 (if you're just leaving for a minute, might want to think of the consequences concerning your parents - they may kick you out) and be able to support yourself.

I think that you would be under your parents authority until you turn 18. If you really want to know why don't you ask the local police department or a lawyer. They would be better able to give you information on your state's laws. (Remember that Muslim girl who doesn't want to live with her parents because she is afraid that they will kill her? Well she's still in foster care and her case is still in the courts because she is still a minor under the law. You'd better check out the law before you antagonize your parents unless you are up to supporting yourself somewhere else.)

Can I start cone flowers from seed in the fall for next years blooming? Live in Georgia?

Yes, you certainly can. If you're collecting seeds from neighbors the blooms may not be exactly the same but seeds from packets will be true to the package. You can also separate the clumps and plant them in your yard too.
