Nope, the permit is no good outside of GA...
3 :
You can drive in any of the 50 states that you what to just as long as you follow the rules set down by the state in which you received your license...

move too LA
2 :
Join some open casting call websites. You can find a few for free, but some do cost. On the upside, you can post your resume, headshots, etc; it's really a great way to get yourself out there
3 :
Well since your close to TN maybe go to nashville?
4 :
Find an Agent... they find castings for us.
5 :
go to www.beastar.com
6 :
first of all, georgia is not the best place to be finding casting auditions in. there might be a couple but in reality you need to move to LA for all that. if you arent serious enough to move anywhere, i would suggest going online to casting sites to submit your resume and try to land roles that way. there are plenty of these sites out there, all you gotta do is google it.
7 :
actually GA is a great place for an actor, but there are very few roles for young teens. don't get in a hurry, avoid websites, and get more experience as an actor in your school plays.
8 :
Gal, im the same age as you and want to become an actress! But get an agent i am. They can find you casting calls anywhere. good luck.
9 :
Unfortunately we cannot get you to actual auditions. Atlanta is a great place to go. Look around in your area and look for a film department in your local college. Unfortunately, there aren't many roles for kid actors and there's a lot of kids who want to be actors. So you have to extra talented and on point with your auditioning. Keep yourself healthy and out of trouble because looking good and healthy can get you through the door! Best of Luck

sorry i don't live in georgia so i don't know... you should get a talent agent they can find a lot of casting auditions just right for your age. or search for a theater near you and see if they are having auditions for upcoming plays. hope my answer helped...

First of all, if you want to have a career with acting then you most definitely need an agent. But you cannot just get an agent. You need a lot of training and experience first for that to happen. You should start off by trying out for lead roles in school plays, or local community stuff for plays. Then eventually, you should get a headshot of yourself and send the pictures to many agents and casting directors to see if they want you along with your resume. If you do get an agent, you will have to audition, audition, audition for roles. There will be alot of rejection because it is hard to get a role with many others fighting for it too. This business is incredibly competitive. Good luck! Hope this helps. First of all, if you want to have a career with acting then you most definitely need an agent. But you cannot just get an agent. This business is incredibly competitive. if you want to become a big time actress then you will need tons and tons and tons of luckkkkk!, talent, commitment, determination, sacrifices, time, patience, & more. because chance of that happening is very slim. You must enjoy what you are doing and have a passion for it because if you don't, you probably won't be happy and successful. Do not do it for money and fame because you won't get anywhere. This is reality. If you do have a strong passion for it and really want to do this then go for it. You're doing what you love. Btw, i hear a lot of this from people. "How much are agents?, are they expensive?" Agents only get 10% of what you make. That's how they make the money. The pay you get from acting in roles, they get 10% of tht. understand? Also, you do not pay agents up front or anything extra like that. they are not legit and are just running after your money. Make sure that this agent is legit. But you won't get in agent till laater. DO NOT GOOGLE OPEN CASTING CALLS ! 99.9% of them are SCAMS. Trust me, it's not somewher you want to go. They will take your information and use it. Also, they will take alot of YOUR MONEY. it's NOT legit at all, no matter how reall they seem. Especially the ones that almost gaurentee success are the ones tht are scams. scam scam scam, They are all over the business. You can't get real roles from online, you need an agent to get them for you. Casting directors only give these roles directly to agents. Which is why getting an agent is vital to get these roles. This girl above me tht told you to google online things obviously has not studied acting at all. good luck! :) hope this helps really, do not listen to her. you wiill just get yourself in trouble ALSOOOOOOOO, talk to your parents! sit them down and let them know you want this. Check out the library, they'll have books on acting. GOODLUCK !

I Need Some Help With Finding Out About A Law, (I Live In Georgia)If There Even Really Is One

I Need Some Help With Finding Out About A Law, (I Live In Georgia)If There Even Really Is One?
I am pregnant, and the babies father doesn't want anything to do with the child, I'm not going after him for child support or anything. I have recently become engaged, and am planning on marrying my fiance a few months after the baby is born. He wants to legally adopt my son, so it will be His and My child, instead of my ex being involved at all. Can I do this, Without having to go through my babies father for anything, because my goal is to NEVER speak to him again. Please Help Me!

put your fiance's name on the birth certificate when the baby is born and you should be cleared.
2 :
I don't recommend your fiance legally adopt your child. It can get messy if you two were to ever split up. Plus, why put your kid through that since he/she is already confused about his/her father? You can just put his name on the birth certificate and no one would be the wiser, although you shouldn't.
3 :
No, sorry. You need to ignore the first answer, because your ex already knows you're pregnant. He knows this is his baby. You can get an attorney to handle the adoption. Your ex has to agree to sign away all his parental rights. I have no idea if you would have to see him or talk to him to get that accomplished. But if you have to see him once more, wouldn't it be worth spending half an hour in his presence if it means that he signs the agreement so that your new guy can adopt the baby? Putting your new guy's name on the birth certificate won't mean a thing if your ex decides to get nasty. Now get a lawyer and stop worrying about it. You have more important things going on in your life than worrying about a crappy ex.
