The legal age in georgia is 16, so i was wondering if there is anything they can charge him with if we get asked questions by police in public, like anything from kidnapping to statutory rape. Please dont give me your opinion because that means nothing in court.

No it is not legal. When will you be 18 because that is legal?
2 :
they wont do anything to you in Arkansas it considered consensual

technically, you cant be 17 and have that 10 year difference like that. but then again if the legal age in Ga. is 16 then do what you please

The age of consent in GA is, as you have apparently already looked up, 16. If you are 17 it doesn't matter if he is 27 or 77, you can bonk like rabbits if you choose - it's completely legal. Richard

No. Everything is legal. "TITLE 16. CRIMES AND OFFENSES CHAPTER 6. SEXUAL OFFENSES O.C.G.A. § 16-6-3 (2008) § 16-6-3. Statutory rape (a) A person commits the offense of statutory rape when he or she engages in sexual intercourse with any person under the age of 16 years and not his or her spouse, provided that no conviction shall be had for this offense on the unsupported testimony of the victim. O.C.G.A. § 16-6-3" The age limit in most U.S. states is in fact below 18. As a side note: Do understand that love can happen between individuals of any age. If a man uses a woman for sex, that is no worse than a woman using a man for money.
