If I got my license when I was seventeen can I drvie my friends around? I live in Georgia?
If you get your license when you are sixteen in ga you have to wait six months to drive your friends around. I am seventeen and just got my license do I have to wait six months as well?

It has to do with your class of license, not your age. You have a Class D license if you just got it. Whether you're 17 or 16. For the 1st 6 months you can not carry any passengers other than family members.(period)

I live near Columbus,GA and I like it okay. I've lived here for like 16 or 17 years, we moved here from Indiana, and it's home to me now. Any time I've gone any place else, I couldn't wait to get back here. I'm a southern girl now and can't imagine living anywhere else.

I don't think you could do that without some type of ridiculous permit, but why don't you volunteer at a zoo with ostriches? You get to take care of them that way.

An adult ostrich grows to seven feet in height. These birds are known to kill lions with only a single kick and can run at a speed of nearly forty miles an hour. These birds have even chased cars. Not everything stays a baby forever.

I live in Georgia, what kind of GPA and SAT would I need to get to go to New York University?
Also, does it help my chances of getting in if I'm from out of state?

NYU is a lovely school! However the requirements vary depending on the major that you intend to pursue. NYU has a great web site that will allow you to contact the various departments. Generally, NYU is considered a competitive school which means that there is a lot of competition for acceptance. They are keen to have a diverse student body, but I don't think that being from Georgia will matter one way or another. If you go to your local bookstore, they will have books about college placement and the requirements for admittance for each school and what they are looking for in applicants. Good luck, attending NYU was one of the best things that I ever did!
