Does anyone live in Georgia? Is the legal driving age now 17 for a license and 16 for permit?
or is it still 15 for permit and 16 for license?

Go to the department or bureau of motor vehicles webpage. That will tell you.

15 for permit, 16 for license. but you have to have a paper proving enrollment in school or a GED. if you get your license and then quit school, they suspend your license.

You can get your permit at 15 and you can get a "Class D" license at 16, it allows you to drive alone but has some restrictions that regular adult licenses do not have. I live in Georgia and i dont see russia anywhere help because they say there are tanks?
i heard on the news that russia is invading my state and i dont see russians anywhere or even hear them. help please im really scared they say there are tanks and i dont want to die. what part of the state are they coming in from, im in Atlanta how much time do i have before they get here?

I hope you are joking..... They are talking about the COUNTRY of Georgia which is next to Russia. They are NOT talking about the STATE of Georgia here in the United States.

How can I get a good discount or a good rate on an apartment??? I live in Georgia near Atlanta.?

If they are not already offering one you probably will not be able to. If it is just a home owner you can always just ask for one. Offering to pay a year up front will probably get you a discount. Try renting during slow rental seasons, like December. House sales are slowing which means apartment rentals are increasing. So now is not the best time for deals.
