of pot and got 19 years.I hear it's Fu#ked up in that state.It was only a misdemeanor.I would drive around all those southern state,but especially Georgia.I wonder what they give you for a joint-5years?

Most cops here don't arrest you for marijuana here, they usually just give you a ticket to appear in court and mostly you get a fine, or probation. The person that got 19 years had to have done something else, or had some other narcotic in his possession.

If you can get 19 years for it, it's not a misdemeanor.

yes,poss/of an ounce is a felony in ga;and yes the laws are messed up here!!
