You cannot become a certified piercer [doesn't exist], but you attain your license after the necessary things. -Get an apprenticeship under a professional piercer. This may or may not cost money [though it usually does, since it's not cheap training someone]. -Become certified in Blood Borne Pathogens, First Aid, sterilization, learn proper bedside manner, etc. This all may or may not happen during your apprenticeship. -Go for your license after your apprenticeship is through.
