I need to go get my drivers license and I lost my drivers permit. Do I need have my learners permit to get my drivers license or not? I need to know real soon. My appointment is August 12th. I need some help

hm yea i think u do. i remember they punched a hole in my old learners permit when i got a license, but i'm not 100% sure if it was because they asked for it, or because i just had it on me. just call them or go to the dmv and ask good luk

I live in Maryland and when I went to get my driver's license, they collected my permit. It makes sense that they would do so though because your license is like an "upgrade" from your permit. Georgia may be different (im moving there soon) but I would imagine they would collect it also.
