please help i need to know imeedatity/ i need to know because i have a serious problem at school at school and the declaration of intent says that you have to turn in the papers 30 days ahead but i cant go back to school or i will have the same problem again

You are reading the declaration of intent backwards. You can start *today* but you *then* must turn the paperwork in within 30 days. Quoted here from the form with emphasis on what you are reading wrong: "A Declaration of Intent must be SUBMITTED TO YOUR LOCAL SCHOOL DISTRICT within 30 days **AFTER** the establishment of a home study program". However, do keep in mind that this is something *your parents* must do... not you. If you don't have them on board... you won't be able to homeschool.
