Okay, so my girlfriend is 14 and her mom and step dad fight all the time and he threatens them and it's really not good. She wants to move in with me but her mom doesn't want her too even though my family would agree to let her live here. Is there anything I can do?

No, there's nothing you can do. The legal age to leave home is 18, unless the parents / legal guardians get involved and agree, through the court, that she can live with you.
