My mom lives in Oklahoma and is my legal guardian. I'm 16 and live with my aunt in Georgia and want to live with my Grandma who also lives in Georgia. Can I move out and do I need to go to court to do so?

Until you are a legal adult, ONLY the court in the state where the divorce occurred can change legal guardianship. That said, it your legal guardian has no objections, you can live with your Grandma. At age 16, ANY state will listen to your preferences, but they are NOT required to accept them. The 'best interest of the child', as determined by the court, override your preference.
