The legal age in Georgia is 16, so i was wondering if there is anything they can charge him with if we get asked questions by police in public, like anything from kidnapping to statutory rape. Please don't give me your opinion because that means nothing in court.Yes we have had sex, but then again the police cant prove that, but i guess they cant prove that we didnt if they ask me and i say no, so what can you do....

well it depends where you live and what the laws are .. if you live in australia then its legal but in certain parts of america you have to be over 18 but if it is illegal in your country and they find prove eg. condoms, sperm on your sheets . . . etc then he can be charged with statutory rape

Whether it's illegal or not, it's clear that he's exploited you and you're actually thankful for it. Do you think that men are blind? We can all see that younger women, such as teenagers in high school, LOVE the idea of an older (but still "young") male being attracted to them. We know it makes them feel incredibly attractive and is a sort of acknowledgment of their maturity. We ALL know this, but few of us really exploit it. Why? Because we live in completely different worlds from high school teens. There is absolutely NO common ground whatsoever. Why would he leave his world (which includes higher education or a career, access to bars/clubs/whatever, financial independence, actual legal status as an adult and all that implies - voting, bills, more responsibility, etc.) to pick up a girl in high school?
