You need to be 18 and have roughly 3k-5k depending on the model. It will also cost you a buck a shot and that is if you are using military surplus. Then on to being able to shoot it. You won't because MOST ranges won't allow that caliber out on their ranges and most people don't have the 800 acres WITH a berm in order to responsibly shoot it.
